I'm a level 2 crossfit trainer, and NCCP coach. I have an endurance fitness background completing in multiple army endurance competitions. I have also competed in MMA tournaments in the unlimited class. If you know me fitness has been a part of my life for a long time, and is a life long learning process for me.
